Cost of tender form will not be refunded under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Cheque, Postal Orders, Drafts, V.P.P. etc will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form.

Every tender should be completely filled, signed and accompanied by EMD in the form of Demand Draft. The D.D should be drawn in favour of the Principal, Farook Training College, Kozhikode payable at the State Bank of Travancore, Feroke, Kozhikode. EMD carries no interest. The firms who are exempted from furnishing EMD should attach the copy of the exemption order along with tender documents. The rate, VAT and other charges should be quoted separately for each item. All hardwares, peripherelas etc quoted should be as per the specified configuration. The electronic products should have three years onsite warranty. Only checked items having quality check certificate from competent authority should be supplied. No locally assembled system should be supplied. Participating tenderer should have a successful track record of minimum five years in the field. Every tenderer should execute an agreement in Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth Rs. 100/- along with the tender.
The tenders should be superscribed as Supply of computers and other items under UGC Grant and the concerned tender no . and addressed to the Principal, Farook Training College, Farook College. P.O., Kozhikode 673 632, Kerala State.
The undersigned will have the right to cancel or extend the tender formalities without any further notice and also reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without any reason. The Cash Transactions in the office is from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm on all working days.
The successful tenderer should supply and install the items within 30 days after the receipt of the supply order at their own expenses
